Mesafeli Satış Sözleşmesi

1. Parties and Subject

This agreement sets out the terms for social media service packages sold electronically between Demo Dijital Hizmetler Ltd. Şti. (the "Seller") and the person placing the order (the "Buyer").

2. Nature of the Service

The products sold are social media engagement packages such as followers, likes, views and comments. The service is digital, there is no physical delivery, and processing begins on the given account or post link once the order is confirmed.

The Buyer confirms that the username or link given at checkout is correct, that the account is public, and that it will not be made private while the order runs. The Seller is not liable for orders that cannot be completed because of a wrong link, a private account, or a post deleted during delivery.

3. Price and Payment

The amount shown in the order summary is the final amount including applicable taxes. Payment may be made by credit card, bank transfer, cryptocurrency or site balance. The order is not sent to the provider until payment is confirmed.

4. Delivery and Timing

Orders usually start within 0-10 minutes. Start times may be longer during heavy load, platform outages or provider maintenance. Estimated completion times shown in package descriptions are averages, not binding commitments.

5. Right of Withdrawal

Under Turkish Consumer Protection Law no. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to services performed instantly by electronic means. There is therefore no right of withdrawal once an order has been processed. Cancellation and refund terms for orders that have not yet started are set out on a separate page.

6. Disputes

Disputes between the parties fall under the jurisdiction of the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts at the Buyer’s place of residence, within the monetary thresholds published by the Ministry of Trade.
