Cancel

Orders that have not been processed yet (pending) can be cancelled free of charge. Send your cancellation request from the order detail in your account or by opening a support ticket. Orders that are already processing and delivering cannot be cancelled.

Partially Completed Orders

If an order completes only partially, the amount for the undelivered quantity is refunded to your site balance automatically. If you would rather be refunded to your original payment method, just open a support ticket.

Refill Guarantee

On packages with a refill guarantee, drops occurring within the period stated in the package description are topped up free of charge. Start a refill request from the button on the order detail screen. Making the account private, deleting the post, or sanctions applied by the platform are outside the refill guarantee.

Refund Timing

Refunds to balance appear immediately. Card refunds reach your account within 2-14 business days depending on your bank. For questions about the process, write to destek@demo.test.
